Whilst visiting the beautiful town you will find an excellent range of local shops, quirky tearooms, traditional pubs, and a variety of restaurants and bars.

A popular tourist attraction nearby is the Promenade Park (otherwise known as the Prom) which is a short walk from us.

All of our Suites are perfectly suitable for both work and leisure, with everything you need to make your stay one to remember, including free Wifi and space to spread out and make your own office!

Location is everything, and you have absolutely everything you need at just a stone’s throw away here. Whether you are looking to wander around the town and explore the eclectic boutiques of a shopper's paradise, have a romantic or family picnic on the promenade, check out the culture, or explore by the Blackwater Estuary by boat, this really is the perfect base. However, being right in the centre of a busy and vibrant town and on a busy high street this does come with some noise, so if you are seeking a quiet retreat this might not be the place for you.

Conveniently across the road to us there is a lovely bar which at weekends closes around 1am. Sometimes the merry customers can be heard leaving. We are also spoiled to be right next door to an M&S Foodhall which occasionally have deliveries as early as 4am. If you are a light sleeper, but this is a trade off for being so close to the action!

The White Horse Lane public carpark which is situated at the back of the property is the closet, and within easy reach of each of our Suites. Fees do apply so please check the signs in the car park for more details.
